The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Additional role being introduced to strengthen clinical overnight and provide more support to staff
• Shared clinical responsibility of our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care facility
• Provide sound clinical leadership; empower and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high quality care
• Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
• Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager in residential aged care
• Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets clear expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success
• Sound understanding the aged care standards and what is required to achieve accreditation compliance
• Energetic, passionate and with a positive attitude
• Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
