Job Description
- Support SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a strong focus on data migration.
- Participate in and contribute to data migration design workshops.
- Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, and the creation of solution documentation.
- Work closely with end‑users to understand business problem statements and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Contribute to organisational design activities, including data models, position design, and structural mapping.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, SMEs, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all processes and deliverables align with project standards and governance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background.
- Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors.
- Strong capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design.
- Proven ability to work with end‑users and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
