Labourer Guildford

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Labourer to join our team on a busy commercial construction project in Guildford. This is an ongoing, long-term position with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting trades and site management with daily tasks
• Operating power tools safely and efficiently
• General site labouring, including moving materials and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Assisting with deliveries and distributing materials across site
• Supporting fit-out and construction works as required
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Following instructions from the site manager and supervisors

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience working on commercial construction sites
• Confident and competent using power tools
• Valid white card
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection)
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
