Packer / Gluer – Day Shift (6am – 2pm)
Looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing?
We are seeking reliable and motivated Packer / Gluer Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves packing mattresses into bundles, gluing mattresses together and assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, can keep up in a fast-paced environment and is looking for consistent day-shift hours with the potential for a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack mattresses into bundles accurately and efficiently.
• Glue mattresses together as required.
• Assist with general production and assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and handling mattresses.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, packing or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Shift Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
• Shift: Day shift
