Machine Operator (Day Shift)
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and troubleshoot minor machine faults.

- Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7am–3pm)
- Located in Melbourne’s South‑Eastern Suburbs
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated and semi‑automated production machinery
- Perform accurate product packing, labelling, and in‑process quality checks
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and escalate mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults to minimise downtime and maintain line efficiency
- Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and all site safety and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment
- Previous experience as a line setter or line leader is highly regarded
- Proven capability as a Machine Operator working with filling, packing, or labelling equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting skills on production lines
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support smooth line performance
