As this company's project portfolio continues to expand, we're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in leading project delivery, strengthening client relationships, and driving technical excellence across the business.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects from early planning through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver practical and innovative engineering solutions.

You'll work across a diverse range of developments while contributing to the technical growth of the team and helping shape the future direction of the business.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering building services electrical designs within an Australian consulting environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, lighting, communications, security, and essential services systems.
  • Sound understanding of Australian Standards, NCC requirements, and authority approval processes.
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting developing engineers.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies including EV charging, renewable energy systems, sustainability initiatives, and smart building solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Engineers Australia membership and NER listing.
  • ACT Professional Engineer Registration.
  • NSW Design & Building Practitioner Registration.
