Company
Established Brisbane fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across commercial office, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an additional CA to support continued growth across the business. Typical projects range from $2m-$15m.
Role
Working closely with the PM and site team, you will be responsible for procurement, subcontract management, variations, progress claims and cost reporting through to final account.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Fit out and refurbishment experience highly regarded.
- Experience managing subcontract procurement and variations.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
