YOUR ROLE

In this KEY  role reporting to an industry-leading partner ( from top-tier law firm background), you will love the CHALLENGE+SATISFACTION+ AUTOMOMY helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their work related injuries.

You will have your own practice managing your own files from start to finish:

• obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+  legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 2 years OR MORE (up to senior associate/special counsel) PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience in  BOTH statutory WC and common law work injury damages (both essential).

• have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases from start to finish (essential);

• have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills+comfortable to work in a paperless environment;

• have strong communication, interpersonal and time prioritisation skills;

• can work in a vibrant, fast-paced deadline driven environment;

• are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
