Here's a snapshot of your day:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our diverse portfolio of predominantly industrial properties.
2. Carry out building inspections and manage contractor works.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain our database to ensure information accuracy.
4. Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications.
5. Contribute to our team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and play a key role in our company's journey.

Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful:

1. Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management with previous experience in industrial properties highly valued.
2. A trade background in either Mechanical or Electrical services and/or project management experience would be ideal.
3. A team approach and the willingness to be flexible with duties and working hours.
4. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise workload.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
