About the Role
In this independent contractor role, you will communicate with individuals who have expressed interest in online education and leadership development programs. Using established systems and communication tools, you will provide information, conduct introductory conversations, and support applicants through a structured process.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with prospective applicants through professional online communication
• Conduct introductory conversations via phone and Zoom
• Provide information regarding online education and leadership development programs
• Utilise digital communication systems for follow-up and organisation
• Participate in ongoing training sessions
• Manage workflow and schedule independently
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and organised approach to remote work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong Interest in leadership, higher education, and professional development
• Previous professional experience in consulting, education, leadership, sales, customer service, administration, or business development is advantageous
• Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
