Here’s your chance to lead in an NFP OSHC service that’s ready for its next stage. As Nominated Supervisor, you’ll work alongside a committed team eager for clear direction and steady, supportive leadership. (currently operating under capacity) and work with a dedicated team that’s ready for strong, steady leadership.
With a mix of split shifts (2 days) and block shifts (3 days), you’ll have time to connect with children, support your educators, and focus on building the quality, systems, and culture that this service deserves.
About the Role:
- Leading daily operations as Nominated Supervisor
- Mentoring educators, including developing an emerging leader in the team
- Building strong relationships with families, schools, and the community
- Embedding the NQF in all aspects of service delivery
- Managing rosters, compliance, and vacation care programs
- Guiding behaviour support strategies with IS funding in place

Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, could include, but are not limited to:
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
