Flexible Hours Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm). Hourly rate will be level 3 ($36.11).
The key duty of a Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer service in a changing environment. The ideal candidate would be able to perform all post office duties such as mailing, sorting of parcels, processing financial and agency transactions and identity services and other services as required. Candidates who are looking a long term job and/or have previous Post Office experience will be preferred.
A successful candidate will be trained on the job in the case of no previous Post Office experience
