Seeking a senior clinical leader with strategic leadership and governance capability.
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration is essential.
NovaCare is seeking an accomplished clinical executive or senior clinical leader to join its Board as a Volunteer Non-Executive Director.
This is an opportunity to apply your leadership experience beyond operational practice and help shape the strategic direction, governance and clinical excellence of a respected organisation supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.

Working alongside an experienced Board, you will provide strategic oversight and independent judgement to support:
Clinical governance, quality and safety
Strategic direction and organisational sustainability

This is a governance appointment designed for an experienced leader wanting to influence the future of aged and community care.
About You
You are a respected senior clinical leader with significant leadership experience in aged care, community care or the broader health sector.
Essential requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
Senior leadership experience within aged care, community care or health services
Demonstrated strategic leadership and governance capability
Experience in clinical governance, quality and safety
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Ability to contribute to Board-level strategy and enterprise decision-making
Previous Board experience is welcomed but not essential.
