THE POSITION
Based from a modern West Leederville office, you'll take ownership of leasing activity across a busy residential portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out of the office, meeting people and keeping properties moving. You'll work alongside an established Property Management team while having the autonomy to manage your day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and home opens
- Manage leasing enquiries and prospective tenant relationships
- Process applications and coordinate tenancy approvals
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and the wider PM team
- Ensure properties are lease-ready and leasing processes run smoothly
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous residential leasing or Property Management experience
- Strong organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, reliable and confident working independently
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
