The Role:
- Support and learn from an experienced Strata Manager, with hands-on training and structured induction
- Assist with end to end management of a portfolio across a diverse range of Bodies Corporate
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with trades and external service providers
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, owners, committee members, and stakeholders
- Assist with risk and insurance requirements, including annual fire safety inspections and insurance renewals
- Progressively take ownership of a small strata portfolio as part of your development into a Strata Manager
The Candidate must possess:
- Experience in Real Estate or Property desirable
- A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
