To be successful, you will have the following:
- A trade qualification in carpentry or relevant trade is essential
- 5+ years Foreman experience with a reputable construction company
- Strong short term look ahead ability
- High levels of organisation and communication
- Exposure to projects over $50m

Opportunity:
With a big emphasis on the success of this $500m residential development, as the Structures Foreman you will bring the project out of the ground and you will drive the structure up. You will report into a Snr Site Manager who has delivered some of Qld and NSW's largest high rise towers and you will have the ability to progress through the ranks and lead future projects.
Experience with a reputable top tier or mid-tier builder is highly advantageous and strongly desired. You will have the support of other supervisors and PE's and you'll be fortunate enough to be working with a Project Director who will provide clear direction and management whilst enhancing the team culture and harmony at the same time.
