About you:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience: 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and its recent developments
  • Skill in creating supportive learning environments and using effective behaviour management techniques to improve student well-being and learning results.
  • Demonstrated ability to support the ethos, principles and practices of the College and willingness and enthusiasm to assist with the implementation and organisation of extracurricular/co-curricular activities.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude to learning
