Success Profile
- Meat processing industry experience (essential);
- Solid, demonstrated meat industry experience within a sales capacity;
- Working knowledge of beef cuts and the beef specifications required (essential);
- Strong computer skills — word processing, Excel and database management;
- Ability and willingness to work on site Monday to Friday and ability to travel when required.
