About the Role
As a PCA, AIN or Aged Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in residential aged care facilities. Working alongside experienced clinical and care teams, you will help promote resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility, transfers and repositioning
- Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
- Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary care teams
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in residential aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to care
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights
