The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Yatala. You’ll play a crucial role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:
- Shadow and assist parts colleagues
- Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing and delivery duties
- Assist to pick, pack and dispatch stock based on invoices
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service and sell parts to customers
- Develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade
- Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for
- Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
- Process payments and prepare invoices
About you:
- Interested in a parts career in the truck retail industry
- Eager to learn, customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
- Manual licence and Forklift licence (desirable)
- Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
- Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)
