SERVICE MECHANIC $160-$180K OTE
- Service and maintain large marine and power generation diesel engines.
- Travel extensively, spending 60+% of the year away from home.

Our client is global leader in servicing the mining, shipping and oil & gas industries. We are looking for experienced HD Mechanics to service clients.

The role will require a large amount of travel for up to 6 weeks at a time and you can expect to be away 60+% of the year.
In return you will be rewarded with a fantastic OTE salary of $160-$180k per year and gain tremendous experience and variety working on various machinery in various workplaces.
The role will involve working primarily on large marine and power generation diesel engines, strong diagnostic skills, fault finding and experience repairing and replacing parts is required for this role.
Ideal candidates will have the following experience
*Solid experience with low, medium and high speed large diesel engines,
*Experience with turbochargers, compressors, generators is desirable
*Demonstrated experience repairing and maintaining large diesel engines in the marine and power generation industries
*Marine experience is highly advantageous
