Workshop Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and maintenance activities.
- Lead and support workshop personnel to achieve safety and performance objectives.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance documentation is maintained.

- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations, repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance activities
- Lead, coach, and support workshop personnel to achieve safety, quality, and performance objectives
- Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and breakdown response to minimise operational downtime
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, OEMs, and warranty providers
- Ensure accurate maintenance records, compliance documentation, and system updates are maintained
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency, reliability, and cost control.
What makes you great
- Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle or Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- Strong experience in fleet, heavy vehicle, or diesel maintenance environments
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills suits your profile
- Sound knowledge of safety, compliance, and maintenance documentation requirements
- You have excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong computer literacy and experience using maintenance management systems

We offer an hourly rate $40-$55 per hour plus allowances based on vehicle type.
