A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Officer to support its branches and customers across NSW.
  
Based at Caringbah, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive collections activity, set up new accounts, and provide day‑to‑day credit support while building strong relationships with branch teams and customers.

The role is Part-Time (Permanent role) working either 3 days full time per week or 5 days part-time during school hours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, takes ownership, and thrives working both autonomously and as part of a broader Sydney‑based credit team.

The focus is collections, but it offers variety with banking/allocations, opening new accounts, queries and review of limits.  Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, and liaising with branches and customers
  • Banking and allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments
  • Customer account management — reconciliations, query resolution, and maintaining account accuracy
  • New account setup — processing applications and conducting credit limit reviews
  • Month‑end reporting — journals, adjustments, and ensuring ledger accuracy
  • Branch and customer relationships — partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth account management
  • Cross‑department collaboration — assisting with billing issues and supporting broader credit operations

About You

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with branches and customers
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of your workload

Training will require travel to Silverwater for the first few weeks.
