Assistant Store Manager | Women's Fashion | Canberra

This Assistant Store Manager role located in the Flagship Canberra Civic Centre sits in a large format, high-volume store where data, stock flow, visual merchandising and people leadership all matter. You will be a confident retail leader with real high-volume experience, commercial instincts and the energy to lead from the floor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily operations, including sales, service and store standards
- Coaching, developing and energising a large team of more than 25 people
- Driving sales, KPIs and store targets in a results led environment
- Utilising store reports to analyse daily sales performance and identify any areas of opportunity or growth
- Supporting training and development with a strong culture for performance
Successful applicants will have:
- Proven leadership in high-volume or fashion retail
- Commercial confidence with KPIs, data and fast trade
- Fashion credibility and genuine brand passion
- Strong operational and people development skills
- Energy, maturity and the drive to grow with the business
