Overview
We're looking for a PMO Analyst to join a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation. You'll play a critical role in supporting program governance, reporting and delivery, working alongside experienced program leaders, business stakeholders and a leading systems integration partner.

What you'll be doing

• Support the day-to-day operation of the PMO across a large transformation program.
• Produce accurate and insightful program reporting, dashboards and executive packs.
• Maintain RAID logs, action registers, decision logs and governance documentation.
• Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, governance forums and working groups, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies and key program commitments.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting and program administration activities.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence to ensure accurate, up-to-date program information.
• Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure consistent governance and reporting.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and impacts, escalating where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across PMO processes, reporting and governance.

  
About you

• 3–5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst role
• Experience supporting large technology or business transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, reporting and program controls.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and advanced Excel reporting.
• Experience preparing Steering Committee and executive reporting packs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data and identify trends and risks.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
