After establishing a clear digital strategy and product operating model, they're now entering the next phase of their transformation, embedding modern delivery practices that enable teams to deliver products, not just features.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how an entire digital organisation delivers.

The Role
As the Senior Delivery Lead, you'll work across a portfolio of customer-facing digital products and platforms, partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to improve delivery maturity, remove friction and create consistency across the organisation.

Rather than being responsible for delivering individual projects, you'll help define what great product delivery looks like by coaching teams, improving planning and dependency management, and embedding modern ways of working that enable teams to deliver customer outcomes with greater speed, quality and predictability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to improve delivery across multiple digital products.
• Coach teams and leaders to embed modern Agile and product delivery practices.
• Improve planning, dependency management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish meaningful delivery metrics and reporting to provide greater visibility and predictability.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling and ways of working, including Jira and Confluence.
• Remove delivery impediments and help teams focus on delivering customer value.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership where it's needed most.

We're looking for someone who brings experience in:

• Leading delivery across multiple digital product teams within a product operating model.
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Coaching cross-functional teams to adopt Agile and modern delivery practices.
• Driving delivery maturity through better planning, dependency management, governance and continuous improvement.
• Using delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time and team health to improve predictability and performance.
• Embedding and optimising delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Influencing senior stakeholders and leading through collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to solving delivery challenges.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
