- Manage day-to-day site delivery for a six-storey development in Southport, from construction through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, sequencing and site logistics while managing programme, quality and safety outcomes.
- Work with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator, leading site meetings, toolbox talks and inspections.

An established Gold Coast construction business delivering quality commercial and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a new project in Southport.
Your new role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of a 6-storey development,managing the project from construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and project sequencing
- Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Manage site logistics and resolve construction issues
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator
- Conduct toolbox talks, site meetings and inspections
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of structures, finishes and project delivery
- Excellent subcontractor and programme management skills
- Strong knowledge of WHS and Australian construction standards
- Confident communicator with a hands-on approach to site management
