Position Summary

Responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs and projects across Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Infrastructure Security, Vulnerability Management and Digital Transformation domains.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ICT projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, transition and operational stabilization.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation models, risk registers, governance frameworks and communication strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising business stakeholders, technology teams, security architects, infrastructure specialists, vendors and service providers.
  • Drive delivery of cyber security initiatives including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Active Directory modernization, Vulnerability Remediation, Security Operations transitions and compliance programs.
  • Establish project governance structures and provide regular reporting on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and financial performance.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities, transition plans, operating model design, and resource onboarding to ensure successful migration into BAU support.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business units, technology teams and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure project delivery complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, security controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution discussions, and project steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality and business outcome objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization, automation, service enhancement and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead change management activities supporting adoption of new technologies, systems, processes and operating models.
  • Support portfolio governance by prioritizing initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning projects with strategic business objectives.
  • Ensure successful handover of implemented solutions into operational support teams with appropriate documentation, training and support models.
  • Lead geographically distributed project and operational teams.
  • Manage project budgets, resource utilization and delivery performance.
  • Establish governance forums and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Mentor project managers, delivery leads, analysts and technical specialists.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, stakeholder engagement and strategic business outcomes.

Salary Range: >$100,000
