About the Opportunity
Iconic Recruit is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of an established retail property in Adelaide.
Working closely with the broader management team, you will manage facilities operations across the property, including building services, contractors, compliance, maintenance, budgets and capital works.
This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone with strong facilities experience who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day facilities and operations of the property
- Oversee contractors, maintenance and building services
- Manage compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
- Monitor budgets, expenditure and operational reporting
- Coordinate capital works and tenant fit-outs
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders
About You
- Experience in Facilities Management within retail or commercial property
- Good knowledge of building services, maintenance and compliance
- Experience managing contractors, projects and capital works
- Comfortable managing budgets and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
