Our client is a truly international, full-service law firm. Their Infrastructure &  Projects Group advises developers, investors, utilities, and public bodies on the entire lifecycle of cutting-edge major projects. In Australia, the team is at the forefront of the clean energy transition, digital infrastructure (data centres, fibre networks), defence, and innovative transport infrastructure.
The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Projects/Infrastructure Lawyer with 3 years plus pae.

In this role, you will not just be handling standard construction suites. You will be working on cross-border, high-value, and technologically advanced infrastructure matters. From major renewable energy developments and EV charging networks to sophisticated social infrastructure, you will gain hands-on, end-to-end project experience with genuine client-facing autonomy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on procurement strategy, project structuring, and risk mitigation for major energy, technology, and transport infrastructure projects. 
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad suite of project agreements.
• Providing strategic advice on project delivery, regulatory hurdles, and commercial contract management to avoid disputes. 
• Collaborating with the firm's international network on multi-jurisdictional infrastructure transactions.

About You

• Experience: 3 to 8 years’ pae specializing in major projects, construction (front-end).
• Background: Experience gained within a reputable law firm or in-house in the projects/infrastructure space.
• Technical Excellence: Superior commercial drafting skills, sharp analytical ability.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with an agile mindset.
