Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to conceptual development and detailed design of innovative education projects
- Managing design workflows from concept to delivery, maintaining ownership of key project phases and client relationships.
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop compelling presentation visuals, FF&E packages, and material selections that elevate the client experience.
- Producing detailed Revit models and construction documentation, guiding the technical delivery with precision and creativity.
- Contributing to client presentations, development of design narratives, and stakeholder consultations to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the studio.
- Ensuring all project deliverables meet local codes, sustainability standards, and the practice’s rigorous quality protocols.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in education or similar high-profile sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, combined with skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently across all stages, from concept to completion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a flair for visually compelling storytelling.
- Passion for innovative design solutions that enhance learning environments and user experience.
- A proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
