Your job is to make sure more of those leads turn into booked, attended sales conversations. What You'll Be Doing

• Own everything after the click: landing pages, forms, booking flow, and email reminders
• Run a disciplined, always-on A/B testing program across live funnels, testing headlines, layouts, copy, offers and CTAs
• Track conversion at every stage from page view through to meeting attended, using heatmaps and session data to find and fix the weakest points
• Optimise existing email nurture and campaign sequences to drive more booked sales conversations
• Use AI tools daily to build pages, iterate copy, and speed up reporting

What They're Looking For

• Strong CRO background with hands-on experience running A/B tests end to end
• HubSpot experience
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Claude Code experience is a bonus, as the team is building AI dashboards to support testing

Salary and Package

• $110,000 to $120,000 base salary plus superannuation

Working Arrangement

• Sydney CBD, hybrid with 2 days remote per week
