The Role
We have multiple contract opportunities available for ServiceNow Developers/Engineers to join a secure, growing team delivering large-scale platform enhancements, integrations and ongoing development work.
These roles suit candidates from around Junior to Senior level, depending on the position. You must hold NV1 Clearance for these roles.
We also have another Senior role requiring no NV1 clearance.
You Will Bring:
ServiceNow positions - requiring junior to senior level (~$500-$945 a day):
- Strong ServiceNow development experience
- Good ServiceNow Scripting and customisation
- Platform configuration, scoped applications and workflow automation
- Strong technical problem‑solving mindset
- Solid Integration/API experience
- Must hold NV1 clearance
Senior ServiceNow position, up to $1000 a day:
- 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development with strong JavaScript skills and experience across Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Catalog Development and Flow Designer.
- Strong ITSM expertise across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management, with the ability to confidently discuss ITSM processes from a technical perspective.
- Proven enterprise production support experience, including troubleshooting production incidents, root cause analysis, defect resolution, releases/deployments and exposure to P1/P2 incidents.
- Strong integration experience is critical, including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Azure, Active Directory, Jira and Boomi.
- Service Portal experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of enterprise ServiceNow environments and development best practices.
