Wall And Floor Tiler
- Prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles and repairing and cleaning the substrate.
- Measure, cut, position and install tiles, including around edges, corners, fixtures and pipes.
- Apply grout and waterproofing, clean completed work and potentially install other flooring materials or create mosaics.

Full Time * Permanent
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus Superannuation
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyzing blueprints, measuring and labeling surfaces, and organizing tasks
removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, patching gaps and cracks, and cleaning surfaces in order to prepare wall and floor surfaces
· Applying glue to tiles and surfaces that have been prepped, then positioning the tiles
· Cutting and shaping tiles for corners and edges, as well as around fixtures and pipes, using tile-cutting equipment
· Making sure the tiles are positioned and spaced correctly
· Tile grouting, as well as cleaning and clearing away extra grout
· Using waterproofing techniques
· May install flooring made of cement, terrazzo, granolithic, or a comparable material.
· May make mosaics by arranging colored tiles in designs.
