About Our Client
Our client, One of Australia’s most recognised names in heavy vehicle manufacturing based in Bayswater,  are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator,  to support their maintenance operations and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across the site.

About the Role
Working closely with the maintenance team and other departments, you will coordinate maintenance activities and ensure work orders, records, systems and reporting remain accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate, coordinate and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance work orders within the MEX/CMMS system
  • Coordinate contractors and suppliers for scheduled servicing and breakdowns
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain service reports
  • Manage inventory, critical parts and maintenance material requirements
  • Prepare weekly work order, overdue and key maintenance reports
  • Coordinate rolling stock maintenance, servicing, scheduling, invoicing and breakdowns across the Bayswater site
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors and suppliers and provide updates on maintenance activities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in maintenance coordination, maintenance administration or a similar role
  • Experience using MEX or another CMMS maintenance management system
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing and contractor/supplier coordination
  • Good understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance processes, parts and technical information
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
