What your day will look like

• Working closely with a small, consistent group of children
• Supporting learning that is hands-on, child-led and meaningful
• Engaging in outdoor and community-based experiences
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families and your team
• Contributing to a calm, structured and well-supported environment

What we are looking for?

We are looking for educators who:

• Value quality interactions over busy work
• Are confident supporting children in real-world environments
• Work well as part of a team and communicate openly
• Are reliable and ready to contribute positively to team culture

Requirements

• Certificate III, Diploma or working towards
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
