Key Responsibilities include:

*Responsible for all facets of the restaurant in the managers absence

*Training

*Staff Rosters

*Cashing Up

*Stock Taking / Ordering

*Management Duties

To be considered for this position you will have:

*Exceptional customer service skills

*A real passion for success

*The ability to think outside the box

*Solid background in hospitality management with at least

*2 yrs. experience

*Excellent communication and team leadership skills

*The desire & ability to work under pressure

*The ability to thrive in a very busy environment
