Job Description

• Conduct audits for disability and human services organisations to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Review and assess internal systems and processes for compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards and regulations.
• Engage with clients to provide clear feedback and guidance on audit outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Identify and report risks or areas of improvement during the auditing process.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and securely maintained.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:

• Knowledge of the NDIS program.
• Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
• Good communication skills for working with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Drivers licence.
