Talent Acquisition Partner | Retail

We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Melbourne CBD team.

Working within a two-person TA function, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail support centre and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.

The Opportunity

• Own end-to-end recruitment from brief through to offer and acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver strong hiring outcomes
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interviews, references and offers
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, stakeholders and recruitment agencies
• Support onboarding and key employee lifecycle activities
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and hiring metrics
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvement and candidate experience initiatives

About You

You will bring 2-4 years' recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience and a genuine interest in building a career in TA.

You will be:

• Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder priorities
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Retail experience is not essential. We are open to candidates from other sectors who have strong recruitment fundamentals and the capability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
