Due to continued success, they are now looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join their high-performing and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a small, predominantly in-house portfolio with excellent support, no routine inspections and genuine work-from-home flexibility.
THE ROLE
- Manage just 150 properties, predominantly in-house
- No routine inspections
- Dedicated assistant to support you with the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Manage maintenance and day-to-day portfolio requirements
- Work within an experienced and supportive team
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- $110,000 + super
- Work from home 2–3 days per week
- Extremely flexible working hours – as long as the job gets done, they are happy to work around you
- Monday to Friday

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about providing excellent service to landlords and tenants
