About You
You're an energetic and hands-on retail leader who loves being on the shop floor. You know how to motivate a team, drive sales and create an experience customers remember.
You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understand that great retail leadership means being across everything from customer experience and KPIs through to stock processing and store presentation.
Most importantly, you bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for people and performance.
To Succeed, You'll Bring:
- Previous retail leadership or strong senior sales experience
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Confidence coaching and motivating a team
- Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
- Experience with stock management and store operations
- The ability to thrive in a busy DFO environment
- High standards around presentation, grooming and visual merchandising
- Flexibility across a Sunday-Friday roster - No Saturdays
- A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of energy!
