Project Coordinator | Perth

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for our client in the freight forwarding and project logistics industry, based in Western Australia.

This role will suit a hands-on Project Coordinator with strong experience in international freight forwarding and project cargo movements, ideally involving sea, air and road transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end project cargo movements across sea, air and road transport.
• Liaise with clients, overseas offices, carriers, transport contractors and suppliers.
• Manage shipment tracking, transport documentation, permits and regulatory requirements.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and cargo loadouts as required.
• Prepare client quotations and negotiate supplier rates.
• Monitor project costs, process invoices and support accurate client billing.
• Identify operational risks, delays and cost impacts, ensuring safety and compliance requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years' operational experience in international freight forwarding and project logistics.
• Proven experience coordinating sea, air and road freight movements.
• Experience with project cargo, heavy lift or oversized shipments will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of logistics documentation, regulatory requirements and transport operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Diploma or degree qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
