About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full credit and accounts receivable function for a dedicated customer portfolio. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end credit function for your assigned ledger
• Assess and process new credit applications
• Proactively follow up outstanding accounts and collections
• Allocate and receipt customer payments
• Process journals and perform account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies
• Maintain customer records and monitor credit limits
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit function

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in Credit Control, Collections. Accounts Receivable, or Credit Officer positions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
