HVAC Site Manager
- Lead site-based delivery of commercial, retail, healthcare and laboratory HVAC projects.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, managing programme, budget, quality and resources.
- Enforce WHS and Australian Standards while coordinating with clients, builders and internal stakeholders.
Our client is a successful, growing HVAC Contractor that are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their team looking after Commercial, Retail and Healthcare / Laboratory projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site-based delivery to achieve project outcomes across quality, safety, and programme targets
This role is responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors and trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
As a HVAC Site Manager, you will be:
- Supervising the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high productivity and performance
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Managing and enforcing WHS compliance, including safe work practices and site procedures
- Liaising with clients, builders, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Monitoring workmanship to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and project specifications
- Overseeing materials, subcontractor engagement, and site resource allocation
We would be interested in talking to candidates with previous experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor, Mechanical Site Manager, HVAC Site Supervisor or HVAC Site Manager. Our client has a busy order book and can offer career progression and opportunity for the right people. Salary for this role is between $110-130K plus company car and super depending on experience.
