Be the key technical engineering lead across a portfolio of major projects and brownfield sustaining work within the mining and resources sector.
This is a genuine discipline leadership position where you'll have ownership across technical quality, engineering delivery, resourcing and the ongoing capability of the mechanical team.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 15+ years resources design experience.
- Five years senior leadership experience.
- Extensive materials handling design experience.
- Multidisciplinary engineering services project experience.
- Clear technical communication and leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical delivery across projects.
- Own technical checking and sign-off.
- Allocate resources across concurrent projects.
- Monitor budgets, progress and recovery.
- Develop team capability and processes.
