Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a privately-owned organisation specialising in custom-designed, high-end window and door solutions. Working on some of Perth’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects, you will join a collaborative team of Project Managers within a company known for its strong culture and high staff retention.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery and client handover. Managing projects across the Perth Metro area, the position is approximately 70% site-based and 30% office-based. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, detailing, and operations teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from site measurements through to completion
• Schedule and coordinate install teams and contractors
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to ensure profitability
• Liaise directly with builders, site managers, architects, and homeowners to maintain strong relationships
• Provide regular communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Previous experience managing projects within the construction, glazing, or windows and doors industry
• Comfortable working on-site and coordinating multiple contractors and trades
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Current driver’s licence and White Card are essential
• Team-focused, with the ability to contribute positively to a supportive and high-performing culture
