Protech is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team onsite at Foxleigh Mine.
We are specifically looking for operators with transferable machine operating experience who are ready to take the next step and build a rewarding future in production mining.
With structured training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to operate large-scale mining equipment, this role is ideal for civil operators looking to increase their earning potential and gain valuable mining experience.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
· Civil Upskill Operators – $58.43/hr. + $75 daily attendance bonus + $6000 annual retention bonus
ABOUT THE ROLE:
· This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to start a long-term career in the mining industry
· Upskill to operate machinery – CAT 785/789/793
· Flexible travel options available, with free BIBO services provided from Mackay, Bundaberg, Gladstone and Rockhampton.
· 7/7 even time roster (alternating dayshift & nightshift) – 12.5-hour shifts
· $6000 Annual Retention Bonus + Daily Site Attendance Bonuses
· Full-time opportunities available with Protech & Client
· Onsite Protech Support Staff
· Camp Accommodation and Meals provided. Camp 25-30 mins from site

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
· Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a civil mining capacity
· Machinery Evidence (Training Transcript/Site Authorisations/ RII Certificates)
· Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)
· Standard 11
· Current Drivers Licence
· Two contactable references to verify experience/skills
· Right to work in Australia
