Technical Sales Support
- Provide technical support for security products including CCTV and alarms.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions.
- Conduct product training for customers and internal teams.
- Bring security experience or IP/networking knowledge and the drive to learn
- Ongoing product training + profit share + room to grow
- Balcatta location, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Tech-minded? Practical? Good with people?
You’ll be the branch’s go-to technical support person, helping customers get the most out of their security gear. You’ll have national technical support and suppliers behind you, but you’ll take ownership of enquiries and see them through.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, alarms, access control, intercoms and networking issues
- Help customers choose the right products and find practical solutions
- Run product training for customers and the team
- Work with internal sales and suppliers to get issues resolved
- Manage warranty returns and keep customers in the loop
About You
You might be coming off the tools, already working in technical support, or more junior with an interest in IT/tech. Security experience is ideal. IP and networking knowledge is essential, along with the drive to learn.
You’ll also need to:
- Explain tech clearly and build trust with customers
- Take ownership of issues and work efficiently to get them resolved
- Pick up new products, ask questions and put what you learn into practice
- Get stuck in without waiting to be asked
- Hold a current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
