What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing customer enquiries from start to finish
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Identifying issues early and making decisions to keep processes moving
  • Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their journey
  • Working closely with your team while learning new skills

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
  • Confidence speaking with customers and handling different situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

No insurance experience is required. If you have experience within customer service, solved problems, and thrived in a fast-paced environment, your skills will transfer perfectly.
