About the Role
SCEE Electrical are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team in on a construction project based in Kalgoorlie on a 2/1 roster. As an Electrical Supervisor with us you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works for the project are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include: 

  • Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
  • Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
  • Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
  • Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
  • Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.

About You 
To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold a current WA Electrical Licence and National Police Clearance. You will be a confident leader with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and effectively manage negotiations and dispute resolution.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:   

  • S26 Statutory Supervisor training with LGIRS exam certificate.
  • A high level of commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills.
  • White Card and valid driver’s licence.
